PAYMENT POLICY

We accept payments via PayPal, credit cards, and other secure online payment methods.
If you do not have a PayPal account, you can still pay using your credit or debit card.
A tax invoice will be provided with your purchase as per Indian taxation laws.

All jewellery pieces are unique and crafted individually with precision.
Each item is handmade, and slight variations or imperfections may occur, making every piece a work of art that cannot be duplicated exactly.

We ship worldwide from our studio in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India.
All international shipments are fully insured, provided with a tracking number, and will be dispatched within 3-4 business days after payment confirmation.
Deliveries to the U.S. and Europe typically take 1-3 weeks, depending on the shipping service and customs clearance.
Any import duties, VAT, or customs charges applicable in the destination country are the buyer’s responsibility and must be paid as per local laws.
RaumsFashions is not liable for any delays or lost packages due to customs or postal services. If required, the buyer must collect their package from their local post office.

Exchanges or returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving the item, provided the original tax invoice is included.
