International orders are fully insured and carefully packed to ensure safe delivery. Delivery times may vary based on location, but we strive to get your jewellery to you as quickly as possible!

Orders are processed and shipped within 3-4 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery time depends on your location:

  • India: 4-7 business days
  • USA & Europe: 1-3 weeks
  • Other International Locations: May vary based on local postal services

You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched. Delays due to customs or postal services are beyond our control, but we ensure secure and timely shipping!

Returns: You can return your item within 14 days of receiving it, provided it is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the invoice. Return shipping costs will be the buyer’s responsibility.

Exchanges: If you’d like to exchange an item, you may do so within 14 days, subject to product availability. The exchanged item must be in its original condition.
