Order Cancellation by Customer
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided that the order has not been processed or shipped.

- If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may return it following our Return & Refund Policy.
- Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to the original payment method.
Cancellation by Raums Fashions
We reserve the right to cancel orders under the following circumstances:
- The product is out of stock or discontinued.
- Payment is not received within the stipulated time.
- The shipping address provided is incomplete or invalid.
- Due to unforeseen technical or logistical issues.
In case we cancel an order, the customer will be notified via email, and the full amount will be refunded within 7-10 business days.
Exceptions
- Customized or made-to-order products cannot be canceled once the production process has begun.
- Sale or clearance items may not be eligible for cancellation.
